History

 

2009
Oliver Krohne and Thorsten Singhofen founded GATE 53|10 Technologies. At the coordinates 53° north and 10° east in Hamburg lies the “Gate to the World”. GATE 53|10 developed and distributed Fytch with which a user could review and read the reviews of others for any website. In order to do so, they just clicked on the bookmark which they had retrieved for free from the Fytch-enabled website.
Business Angel Thomas Huben supports this venture.

 

2010
Oliver Krohne founded Loved.by, which pays users for product recommendations. Users can distribute their recommendations using Bookmarklet or the Facebook-App. Using Loved.by can also monetize links.
This Start-Up is supported by Lars Hinrichs and his incubator company, HackFwd. Thorsten Singhofen and Thomas Huben leave the venture in order to focus on other projects.

 

2011
From Loved.by arose YieldKit (www.yieldkit.com) specifically for operators of blogs and websites. Loved.by’s technology is further used and integrated into YieldLink.
YieldWord goes online.
YieldKit operates in German-speaking regions, Great Britain and the USA.
The venture is lead by Oliver Krohne as well as Sandra Tiemann since October.

 

2012
Tim Schumacher invests in YieldKit. Sandra Tiemann leaves the venture of her own accord.

 

2013
YieldWidget launches.
YieldKit breaks even.

 

2014
Yieldkit expands into Brazil and India.

 

2015
YieldKit positions itself as an Performance Marketing Aggregator.
YieldNative and YieldSearch are deployed.
YieldKit becomes active in Turkey and Russia.
Tim Schumacher sells his shares.

 

2016
YieldKit is working with over 60 performance networks and has access to more than 45,000 active advertiser programs, which may be used across our over 374,000 partnered domains.
Worldwide YieldKit sees over 80 million users every month with an intent to buy.
YieldKit expands into the Netherlands with which it is now active in over 160 Countries. The largest turnover occurs within German-Speaking-Nations, followed by Great Britain, the rest of Europe, the USA, Brazil, India and Russia.
